Kirtan Sohila is our foundation curriculum. We chose Sohila as our first Baani to teach because it touches on all the central themes and concepts underlying Sikhi. After having a solid understanding of the basics in this curriculum, students will be better equipped to understand more complex Gurbani such as Japji Sahib and Dasam Bani. In our first curriculum, we will study Sohila in depth and learn about the most important metaphors and spiritual concepts discussed in the Baani.
